By using the ingra application ("App"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

ingra is a mobile application that analyzes ingredient lists of food and supplement products using artificial intelligence. The app calculates health scores, evaluates ingredients, and provides alerts based on your personal profile.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Important: ingra is not a medical device or health advisory tool. The analyses and scores provided are for informational purposes only. Always consult a healthcare professional for health-related decisions.

  • The app analyzes product ingredients using AI, and results do not carry a guarantee of absolute accuracy
  • Do not rely solely on this app for critical decisions regarding allergies, intolerances, or health conditions
  • Analysis results depend on the accurate reading of product label information

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • To cancel: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

The free version includes a monthly scan limit and ad-supported bonus scans.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the app, you must not:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app
  • Use the app for illegal purposes
  • Overload or abuse APIs or services
  • Attempt to bypass the app's security measures

5. Intellectual Property

The ingra application, its design, logo, and content are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, distributed, or modified without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

ingra is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app. The app is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms with prior notice. Continuing to use the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
